Cancellation and Refund Policy at SignMyCode.com

We are always committed to our services and product support. If you want to cancel your order or want a refund for some vital reason, we can help you with your request based on the following cancellation guidelines.

Cancellation and Refund Period:

• Orders at ‘Pending’ status can be canceled within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• If cancellations are requested for ‘pending’ orders after the cancellation deadline of 30 days, customers must send an email to our support team from their registered email at [email protected] for further review.

Exceptions:

Orders that are Issued (Active Status) cannot be cancelled or refunded by the vendor.

Our goal is to deliver the best products and customer service; hence we will help you to resolve all the issues related to the issuance and installation of the code signing certificate.

You can discuss your technical query with our code signing expert before you make a call for a refund or cancellation of the order.

Note: If you are asking for store credit on order cancellation, we will refund the amount in store balance within few minutes. However, if it’s about a refund on original payment method then it will take up to 48 hours.
