Cancellation and Refund Period:

  • Orders at ‘Pending’ status can be canceled within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If cancellations are requested for ‘pending’ orders after the cancellation deadline of 30 days, customers must send an email to our support team from their registered email at [email protected] for further review.


Orders that are Issued (Active Status) cannot be cancelled or refunded by the vendor.

Note: If you are asking for store credit on order cancellation, we will refund the amount in store balance within few minutes. However, if it’s about a refund on original payment method then it will take up to 48 hours.
